Booking & Confirming Reservations
To book reservation please contact us via email using the form below with a phone number and we will call you back to confirm dates. To confirm booking, a 50% deposit is required at booking and balance to be paid 2 weeks prior to booked dates.
Cancellation Policy
We require a 30 day notice for a full money refund. If we get less than 30 days we will refund $100.00 or reschedule for another date.
Check In & Check Out
Check in time is 3:00 pm and Check out time is 10:00am. Minimum stay of 2 nights is required, 3 nights on holidays and on special event weekends.
You Will Need
Things you will need: food, personal products, shampoo, soap etc.. firewood for fire pit and charcoal for grilling. The town of Mena is a 15 minute drive away.
House Rules
– The cabins are all non-smoking inside.
– Quiet time is for 10:00pm cst to 7:00am CST.
– You must be 21 years of age to rent a cabin .
– Children 6 and under stay free.
Alcoholic Beverages
Polk County is a dry county, which means no alcohol is sold within the local area. However you are allowed to bring in Adult beverages and drink here responsibility.
